If an existing user is invited to join a project they will be sent an invitation via email to login and start collaborating on the project.



Note: All emails are sent from Horizon PPM Support <support@horizonppm.com>


They will also get a Notification within HORIZON PPM visible on the right hand side of the top menu.


Opening the notification provides an option to accept or decline the invitation.




If the User accepts the invitation the page will reload, a toaster pop-up will appear to confirm it has been accepted and the project will be available within their projects list.


If the User declines the invitation the page will reload, a toaster pop-up will appear to confirm it has been declined and the project will continue to be unavailable within their projects list.
