The powerful Tag Search search tool quickly locates any element of any project across the user's entire portfolio that matches a specified tag.
The search box can be found in the left hand side navigation bar, and is available from any page.
Searching
To run a search simply enter your search word(s) and with click the magnifying glass or press the [enter] key on your keyboard.
Results
The system will forward you to the results page showing all matches.
Notes Searches are case-insensitive. If you enter in lower-case letters the search will include tags that are in upper-case, and vice-versa.
Result Count
The results table also includes a count of all matches found and the total number of possible tagged elements across the portfolio.
Updating the Search
The results table includes the original search filter and this can be updated to refine the search or start a completely new search.
Using Multiple Search Words
Multiple search words can be used - separated by a space.
Matches work on an AND logic when multiple search terms are entered, i.e. a search must match all search words to be displayed in the results.
